Will not perform any pulpotomy, pulpectomy, emergency endodontic treatment, filing or filling of root canals, or preparation of spaces for posts on endodontically treated teeth. Refer all patients in need of endodontic treatment to another qualified practitioner for treatment. Does not prohibit Dr. Kaloti from diagnosing endodontic conditions or restoring previously endodontically-treated teeth, including placement of posts/cores and crowns.
